THIS IS A SUPPORT ROLE 70% SUPPORT 30% DEVELOPMENT
- Object Oriented software development using Sybase PowerBuilder v.10 + required. Strong database knowledge and profound SQL programming skills
- Overall 5+ years PowerBuilder experience
- Proven abilities in managing interaction between PowerBuilder and Databases, including transaction management, invocation of stored procedures, using of dynamic SQL, DataWindow retrieving based on server-side logic, work in multi-databases and multi-tables environment.
- Able to provide production support, building modules and tools to automate tasks
- Analytical, able to spot and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
- Experience with MS SQL 3+ year minimum, and Oracle Databases is nice to have but not mandatory
- Application development in Billing environment is a bonus
up to $75,000 per annum
