Sr. .Net Developer (C#) w design/coding/MS SQL/WebServices/SOA - PERM (Yonge/Eglinton)

Our client is looking for a Sr. .Net Developer to participate in the design, coding and testing of a wide variety of software products with emphasis on Unified Communications (UC) Platform.

They use a range of technologies including Windows C# .NET web services, SQL Server 2008, C# ASP.NET, Linux, MySQL, PHP and Perl. Here, you'll be working beside top professionals in software engineering applying disciplined software development processes.

Looking for:
A candidate with 4-year degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
5+ years of experience of practical experience designing and building complex OO enterprise software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Working with other Developers and System Architects to design Applications
• Make functionality changes and improvements to Applications
• Fix defects in Applications and perform testing when required
• Take ownership of areas of greatest technical strength and acquire new strengths
• Share acquired knowledge and information clearly through professional design documentation
• Appropriately manage time to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
• Proactively identify areas of system improvement and take steps to implement them

• You have detailed understanding of Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture, and n-tier development
• You have experience with internet mail systems and technologies, MySQL and MS SQL, and architecting and administering database systems.
• You are a team player with a commitment to excellence. You are a self starter and have a desire to work with an outstanding organization. You can demonstrate an ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Compensation: $80 - $100k
