SENIOR C# DEVELOPERS (Mississauga)

We are seeking one Senior C# Developers with minimum of 7 years experience writing commercial grade Windows based applications targeting the .NET Framework.

Reporting to the Development Manager, the Senior C# Developers' key responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Work with the Software Architect to design and develop commercial user centric applications using .NET and C# technologies
• Report and estimate on development status within small teams
• Mentor junior developers
• User Interface development
• Design and develop large, multi tier solutions using .NET
• Creative and open-minded Windows development and exceptional command of XML
• In-depth knowledge of .NET Framework infrastructure and n-tier desktop application development
• Work effectively as part of a development team to identify, design, develop and test re-usable code and objects
• Document coding and design activities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Expert level experience with the .NET Framework
• Expert level experience with C#
• Significant experience in developing for large scale multi tier solutions, thousands of clients and thousands of transactions per second
• Broad experience in working on complex, high availability systems, with connected or partially connected clients
• Excellent English verbal, written and communication skills a MUST
• Objected-Oriented Design
• Web Services, XML, ASP.NET
• Relational Database Design
• Expert with Visual Studio .NET
• Proven work with data modeling, stored procedures, triggers, views, communications between processes, multithreading

Nice To Have:

• Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for Microsoft .NET (MCSD.NET)
• WPF, Silverlight
• WCF
• ASP.NET
• Experience with developing hardware interfacing
• Crystal Reports or other reporting packages
