Position Overview:

Healthscreen has an exponentially growing client base requiring EMR and Practice Management training for clinical users with varying levels of technical proficiency. Working closely with the sales and implementation coordinator, you will also be expected to provide superb support to new and existing users at our client sites as necessary.

• You have superb communication skills (oral and written), an analytical mind and are able to think on your feet.
• You have excellent judgment and are able to work independently with minimal direction.
• You are completely comfortable interacting with physicians, medical office managers and staff.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong client focus.
• You are self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional problem solving skills and organizational abilities.
• You are patient, a good listener and able to put the client at ease.
• You are an experienced trainer specializing in adult learning. You can deliver material through a variety of means including face to face, group seminars, and remote Web based training.
• You understand Physician office workflow and best practices. Familiarity with Physician specialist workflows is an asset.
• You have documentation abilities and will provide support to course development.
• You are able to manage a number of requests and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Minor technical troubleshooting will be required
• Physician office workflow knowledge is preferred.
• You have a solid working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista and 7)
• You have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle and are willing to travel throughout Ontario as required. Travel to client sites is primarily in the GTA
• This is a high energy environment and we require an energetic individual that can think quick on their feet.

Hours/Compensation:

• 40 hours per week. Must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends, if
• required.
