WORK LOCATION :

The work has to be performed ON LOCATION at our secure servers situated in Richmond Hill, Ontario, near Yonge St & Gamble/Nineteenth. Remote access to our servers cannot be provided.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

We are looking for ONE OR TWO people qualified for Web Application Developer and/or Web Designer to assist us with an existing project, to create new features as we continue to grow in the future. We need to have this site on-line an fully operational within 45 days

WORK DESCRIPTION 1:

Web page design: (design & color scheme is now COMPLETE)

• We require some minor modification & text positioning on existing pages.
• Create a few new fields and dropdown down menus.
• Modification to existing "source code" may be required.

WORK DESCRIPTION 2:

• Database : Programming/ coding to create an automated legitimate process for exporting & importing data (csv, ftp) from other databases.
• Design a scripts, implement legal User ID and log-in to access Database interface for retrieval of data.
• Web deployment: SQL database application deployment, domain name and mail server configuration. Site on-line an fully operational within 45 days.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (depends on what position you are applying for) :

• Some experience with web application User Interface design (HTML, Java script, and Java script /Ajax frameworks
• Ability to write efficient SQL and stored procedures, create complex SQL queries, views, triggers, functions, etc. and have good general database design skills.
• 3+ years software development experience, web applications, including windows server administration, active directory
• Working experience on:

• ASP.NET Version 2,
• Windows 2003 Server Enterprise,
• Windows 2008 Server R2 Enterprise,
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008, IIS6 ,
• Microsoft Virtual Studio 2008 C#, C++
• NET framework 3.5

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Hands on, the ability to work with minimal supervision an asset.
Create documentation and have oral and written communication skills in English
Applicant may have to provide solid references if requested
Experience in an Internet company a plus
Candidate should reside close to north of Toronto, Richmond Hill, Ontario
