Must be able to develop and test:
- Object Oriented software development using Sybase PowerBuilder 8.5 to 11.0
- Strong database knowledge and profound SQL programming skills
- Proven abilities in managing interaction between PowerBuilder and Databases, including transaction management, invocation of stored procedures, using of dynamic SQL, DataWindow retrieving based on server-side logic, work in multi-databases and multi-tables environment.
- Able to participate in all stages of the software lifecycle: analysis, design, development, deployment, unit and system testing, maintenance
- Analytical, able to spot and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
- Experience with SQL, and Oracle Databases
- Application development in Billing environment a bonus
